- Open Content. Open the project, then the Content room. If the plan does not include Content, the page says: Content is not included in your current plan. Upgrade your workspace to create and manage posts here.
- Connect LinkedIn. Open Accounts. Connect LinkedIn — Personal or LinkedIn — Company Page when that card is shown. If the card says LinkedIn is not configured for this environment, connecting is not available there.
- Start the post. From Content, choose Create, then Single post, then Start post. You can also ask in Chat and confirm with Start. Set the channel to LinkedIn.
- Move through the post. The steps are Brief, Content, Attachments, Review, and Schedule. Continue moves forward. Back returns.
- Schedule or publish. Schedule is headed Scheduling and publishing. Choose the Content account, set Scheduled time, and choose Schedule. Publish now posts immediately. A successful immediate post says Published to LinkedIn.
Common questions
Can I schedule without publishing permission?
If you cannot publish, the step offers Ready for approval instead of Schedule and Publish now. Someone with permission finishes it.
