- Open Accounts. Open the project, then Content, then Accounts.
- Choose Request beta access. On Instagram or Facebook, Connect is replaced by Request beta access. The control carries a Beta badge.
- Add a handle if you want. The dialog is titled Request beta access. It explains that posting is in beta while Marshi waits for Meta to approve the app, and that your handle is optional. The field is Instagram or Facebook handle (optional).
- Send the request. Choose Request beta access. The button reads Sending… while it submits. The confirmation is: Thanks — we'll email you when your access is ready.
Common questions
Is connecting the same as publishing?
No. A connected account can still be blocked at publish time until beta access is approved for that platform. LinkedIn does not use this beta request.
What if Instagram says Coming soon?
Coming soon means the direct Instagram connection is not configured in that environment. Request beta access is the publishing request, and it is a different control.
