The product

Chat for you. Projects for the brand.

Chat is free sparring: no brand, no setup. Projects is work inside your brand, with its rooms beside the chat. One foundation under all of it, so nothing drifts and nothing duplicates.

This is the portal. Pick a chat on the left to jump to it.

What the homepage does not show.

Eight things that make Marshi more than a chat, each as the portal shows it: what you say, what Marshi makes, where it lands.

Projects, chat and inheritance.

  • The brand is the root. Campaigns, launches and series are projects under it.
  • Each project inherits the voice, audience and rules. Its own logo and visuals win where it has them.
  • Every chat lives under the project it belongs to, so nothing you build gets lost.

Done. Recipe series is a project under Food Converter, and this chat lives in it with everything you built.

Start in a chat. Keep it as a project.

  • Chat is free sparring: no brand, no setup. What you build stays in the chat until you make it a project.
  • When a chat grows into real work, the context meter says so and offers to make it a project.
  • The chat moves in with its history. The project adds the brand's foundations and keeps the replies sharp.

No prompting. Marshi writes the brief.

  • You write one plain sentence.
  • In the background Marshi assembles the brand, the audience, the product, the format and the rules, and picks the model for each step.
  • This is what the model receives for a nine-word ask. Fix the brand once, and every brief after it is right.

Write an Instagram post about the new coffee.

What the model receivesDone
BrandNordkopp, a small roastery in Oslo. Voice: calm, concrete, no exclamation marks. Never say “revolutionary”, never promise discounts.
AudiencePeople who want a slow, good morning; they buy for themselves, not as a gift.
ProductMorgenblend, 250 g, light roast, in the shop from Friday, 189 kr.
FormatInstagram caption, 40 to 60 words, the point in the first line, one call to action, three hashtags. A 4:5 image in the brand palette (deep green ground, warm cream text), no people.
RulesNo health claims; name the shop and the day; three variants, closest in tone to the last three posts.

Three posts, in the Content room beside the chat. Open the full room when you want to edit or schedule.

The drawer: the rooms beside the chat.

  • Brand, Content, Sites, Library and Grow open as a drawer next to the conversation, never instead of it.
  • Each room's tabs are one click away: Posts, Plans, Calendar and Accounts; Foundation, Structure and Products; Site and Publish.
  • The drawer shows the state. Studio does the work. The full room is one click more.

Plan, approve, publish.

  • A content plan lays the weeks out across Instagram Beta, LinkedIn, Facebook Beta and X, from one sentence.
  • Every post moves through draft, ready, approved, scheduled and published. Nothing goes out without the status it needs.
  • Connected accounts publish on time. Instagram Beta and Facebook Beta posting is in beta. The Calendar tab keeps the overview; Marshi keeps the voice.

A Collaborator sees one project, read only. An Owner can allow or deny single capabilities per member.

Sara reads the brand and asks Marshi in Studio. She does not make posts, publish or edit the brand unless you allow one of those for her.

Roles, seats and access.

  • Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer decide what a member can do by default. An Owner can allow or deny single capabilities per member.
  • Seats are the other axis: a Creator seat makes and publishes; a Member seat is Studio only, with the brand, and never publishes.
  • A Collaborator sees one project, read only. Agencies and freelancers get exactly that, and nothing else.

Your team. Your rules.

Templates for the jobs you repeat.

  • Thirteen guided flows in Studio: a social post, a landing page hero, a customer email, a logo, a product photo, a brand check, a CV and more.
  • A template asks only for what Marshi cannot know. The brand, the voice and the colors are already in.
  • The result lands in the thread like any other answer, ready to refine.

Instruction · never “diet app”

Saved. I keep to it on Food Converter and every project under it.

Marshi remembers your instructions.

  • Say it once in the chat and Marshi offers to save it as an instruction.
  • Instructions are scoped: the brand's apply to every project under it; a project's apply there.
  • They are listed, counted and deletable. Nothing is hidden, and every reply after it keeps to them.
