1. Who we are
Marshi is operated by Holmkvist Primestreak ENK, org.nr. 937 021 801. Holmkvist Primestreak ENK is the service provider and the controller of personal data processed through the service. Email support@marshi.ai.
2. Agreement
By creating an account, joining a workspace or using Marshi, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
3. Product scope
Marshi is an AI creative partner. It helps users structure brand and project context, use Marshi and AI-assisted workflows, and publish or manage brand-aware outputs across enabled modules.
4. Accounts and workspaces
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
- Workspace owners and admins are responsible for inviting the right users and assigning appropriate roles.
- You must not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, role checks, rate limits or other security controls.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of the brand data, project data, assets, prompts, drafts and outputs you add to Marshi. You grant Marshi the rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that content so the product can work.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload or connect to Marshi is lawful and that you have the rights needed to use it.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific use. Marshi is designed to improve brand consistency, but users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sending or relying on them.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use Marshi to create or distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with product availability.
- Do not use Marshi to process sensitive personal data unless your agreement and use case allow it.
8. Billing and plans
Paid plans, renewals, cancellations and invoices are handled through the billing flow available in Marshi when billing is enabled. Prices shown for Marshi are the total price. Third-party payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms.
9. Availability and changes
Marshi may change as the product develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, limited, paused or removed when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance or product quality.

11. Right of withdrawal (angrerett)
If you buy a personal plan (Pro, Max or Max Plus) or the one-time CV and application letter as a consumer, the Norwegian Cancellation Act applies (angrerettloven, lov 20 June 2014 no. 27). Business plans are sold to businesses. This section does not change those contracts.
Subscriptions. You have 14 days from the day the contract is made to withdraw (section 21). You withdraw by emailing support@marshi.ai or by using the model form below. The deadline is met if you send the notice before it ends (section 20).
If you want the subscription to start during those 14 days, you have to ask for that expressly before you pay (section 19). If you withdraw after supply has started, you pay a proportionate amount for what has been supplied up to the notice, and the rest is refunded within 14 days (sections 24 and 26). The right of withdrawal is lost only if the service has been fully performed, you asked for supply to start, and you acknowledged that the right would be lost once the contract was fully performed (section 22 (c)). An ongoing subscription is not fully performed within 14 days, so asking us to start does not by itself end the right of withdrawal. The subscription renews each billing period until you cancel it from Plan settings. Cancelling renewal is separate from withdrawing.
CV and application letter. That purchase is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. The right of withdrawal is lost only when delivery has begun and all of the following are true (section 22 (n)): you have to pay for the purchase; you expressly asked for delivery to begin before the withdrawal period ended; you acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is then lost; and we have confirmed that request and acknowledgement on a durable medium (section 18). The confirmation is the email we send after payment.
After a consumer purchase we email a confirmation to the address used at checkout. It states who we are, what you bought, the amount charged, the statement you accepted, and how to withdraw. A page on this website is not that confirmation.

The model form below is angreskjema blankett Q-0319B, which follows Directive 2011/83/EU Annex I B, together with that annex in English. Use it only if you want to withdraw. You can copy it into an email. A signature is only needed on paper. Any other clear statement is also enough (section 20).
