A signature you copy into your mail
What the page builds
Paste your website, or fill the fields in yourself. A pasted site is read the same way as the brand check: logo, colors and type. A brand you already made in this browser is reused, and the site is not fetched again.
Set the name, title, company, email, phone and website, a primary color, an accent, a neutral, and a heading and body font. The logo is an upload or an https address. Copy signature puts HTML on the clipboard. Copy HTML gives you the source. The page lists the path in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. It does not sign in or install the signature.
Logo, credit line, and what mail will show
A credit line that reads “Laget med Marshi” is on unless you switch it off before you copy. Gmail often hides an uploaded logo. An https address is more reliable. An SVG can show in the preview and is left out of the email image. Only an https logo address can be saved onto a brand later.
This page makes the signature for the person you name. If you save and create an account, the name, the colors, the font names and an https logo address are written onto a brand project. The HTML you copied is not stored as a file.
Signatures it is for
A founder whose site already has a logo and colors, and who wants the mail to match. Someone who already has a logo at an https address, because an uploaded image often disappears in Gmail.

Questions about the signature
Will this install the signature in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail?
No. You copy it and paste it. The page shows the menu path for each. It does not log in for you.
Why might the logo disappear in Gmail?
Gmail often hides a logo uploaded from your computer. An https address is more reliable.
Can I remove the Marshi line?
Yes. The credit line reads “Laget med Marshi”, and you can switch it off before you copy.
Is a pasted website read the same way as the brand check?

What from the signature is kept on a brand?
